大阪梅田のフラワーアレンジメントスクール「花クラブ遊華」 主催の宮川です。
今日は、「お知らせ＆ご案内」というか
「お願い」です。
今年は、例年に増して「異常気象」ですよね。
先日の「台風」は記憶に新しい所です。（凄かったですよね～！！）
それまでにも、「地震」「大雨」「台風」と次から次の感じです。
マスコミや気象庁・自治体・交通機関・各会社なども
早め早めの対応になってきていますよね。
ここ数年、あまりテレビなど見なかったので、気づきませんでしたが
今回の台風などでは、交通機関のみでなく
「百貨店の閉鎖状況などもテレビのテロップで流れていて」
今こんな事も報道するんだ～と驚いた次第です。
私のスクールは、開講して丸24年になりました。
24年間、予定していたレッスンを休講にしたことがありません。
それは、どんな時でも「来てくれる生徒さんがいたから」です。
今回の台風でも、火曜日のお昼のレッスンに4名の予約がありました。
1人はNFD資格の生徒さん。
前週に「子供さんの幼稚園がお休みになるかもしれないから、念の為にキャンセルしときます」と、連絡がありました。
1人は、こちらもNFD資格の生徒さん。
前日に、行けなかったら「金曜日に振り替えて欲しい」と連絡がありました。
1人は、セレクトの生徒さん。
こちらは、生花でなく「プリザーブドとドライのレッスン」でしたので、翌週へ振り替え希望と前日に連絡がありました。
最後の1人は、NFD資格の生徒さん。
前日に「台風でもレッスンありますか？」と連絡が入り、「ありますよ～」「無理だったら、振替出来ますよ。」と、ご返信。
「近くなので、行きます」って事で、レッスン参加頂きました。
［振替期限と条件］
●NFDは、「生花なので」 火曜予約の場合振替は土曜日迄となります。
●それ以外の素材は、「2週間以内」、最大延長は「翌月迄」（セレクトは翌月かチケット期限の近い方になります。）
●必ず予約していた当日迄にお休み＆振替希望日の連絡が必要
振替の為には、上記の条件が必要となります。
今回は、前日までに皆さん連絡頂きました。
とっても、助かります。有難うございます！！
特に生花は、期限がプリザーブドやアーティフィシャルフラワーより短いので、期限内に来れない場合は
花材の準備前にお休みの連絡を入れる必要があります。（連絡なければ費用が発生します）
以上を踏まえ、報道及び情報を取り、早めの対処をお願いします。
当日キャンセルでも振替OKなんて、お花の教室では無いサービスなので上手に利用して下さいね。
